The design of this section goes in order of how our charter services are listed; first we cover Offshore - Deep Sea Fishing, then Inshore - Bay Fishing, after that we will go through Marine Mammals and other Sea Life we often meet up with on all of our tours but really focus on with our "COMBO TOURS", the Dolphin and Wildlife Cruise, Shelling Trips and Wildlife Tours. If you simply continue to scroll we will hopefully educate you a bit by drawing on our decades of experience roaming the Barrier Islands of Southwest Florida, on Land and by Sea, where we have lived our entire lives. We are in fact ourselves a variety of Native Sea Life, born and raised on these waters and Islands we call home. This section draws from the pictures we have collected over the years on our charters on the waters from Cape Coral and Fort Myers in the East, moving through the Barrier Islands of Estero Island aka Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, North Captiva Island, Cayo Costa, Useppa, Gasparilla, Bonita Beach, Naples, Marco Island and the ocean out to about 140 miles offshore into the Gulf of Mexico.

BAM! OH MY GOSH THIS IS AWESOME!!! That or some version with maybe a swear word, is what most everyone says when a Big Fat Grouper bites their bait. :) It flat out just fun catching Big Bruno Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Black Grouper, Scamp Grouper to name the four most common species we catch while fishing offshore of Sanibel Island, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach and Captiva Florida.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A SORT OF WHITE COLORATION ON A FAT RED GROUPER CAUGHT DEEP SEA FISHING ABOARD MISS HAYEN. THE CHARTER CAME ABOARD AT THE GREEN FLASH ON CAPTIVA ISLAND.
Captain Frank has guided clients into catching more Goliath Grouper than any fishing Guide on Sanibel Island. He has caught thousands of them over his lifetime fishing his native water of Southwest Florida, from Boca Grande Pass to Marco Island and everywhere in between.
He has even caught as many as four 150-300 pound Goliaths at the same time which is extremely difficult to pull off.
If you are visiting Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Marco Island or Fort Myers, and want to catch a Goliath Grouper, we can put you on a few! Southwest Florida is the best place on Earth to encounter this species of Grouper, also sometimes known as a "Jew Fish" but known scientifically as Epinephelus Itajara. Goliath Grouper can grow to over 8 feet in length and reach weights of up to 800 plus pounds. The are listed as critically endangered, by the government but are actually pretty plentiful in the waters offshore of Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, and especially Sanibel Island. In the picture you can see to the right of this text why they became endangered, when scuba diving / spear fishing became commercially popular they were slaughtered in mass. Anyways they are very plentiful now and we never harm them during our charters, we take great care to release them healthily and have caught the same fish as some spots a few times. If you want to try your hand at catching one, or a few maybe, they can be caught year round on our charters. We have custom made extra heavy duty equipment designed for the extremely heavy fight these beasts put a fisherman through.

Beast Of A Beautiful Goliath Grouper Caught On A 6 Hour Deep Sea Fishing Charter Offshore Of Cape Coral And Sanibel Island Florida.
TIGER SHARK are one of the worlds top predators. They are caught here offshore of Southwest Florida, ranging in size from 4 to 14 foot in length. Captain Frank has stocked MISS HAYDEN with special extreme duty stand up tackle for the purpose of catching these legends of the Sea. If you want to try your luck at Tiger Shark Fishing under the careful supervision and attention of a Master Fisherman give us a call. Captain Frank has designed and had his boat "Miss Hayden" custom built with these beasts in mind. He has designed multiple tools and perfected techniques to increase the anglers chances at hooking and landing on of the oceans top predators. He has often guided anglers into multiple Tiger Shark per day, but typically most Fisherman will only have the strength to fight one in a day. They are seriously stunningly beautiful to behold up close after you catch one, you may even get to pet it! But we wont kill them, even though we are allowed to when fishing Federal Waters, we always revive them and release them as quickly and cleanly as possible after the fight.

ANOTHER NICE TIGER SHARK CAUGHT ABOARD MISS HAYDEN NEAR SANIBEL ISLAND FLORIDA!

IF YOU LOVE TO EAT FISH ITS HARD TO BEAT SNAPPER. There are hundreds of types of Snappers in the tropical oceans of the World and our waters here in the Gulf of Mexico are home to a few dozen different types. Top of the list is probably AMERICAN RED SNAPPER, they range in size from three pounds to over fifty pounds and are fantastic fun to catch and eat. MANGROVE SNAPPER, YELLOW TAIL SNAPPER, MUTTON SNAPPER, CUBERA SNAPPER, and LANE SNAPPER are really the top of the list.
